Sean Penn's 16-year-old son Hopper Jack will not be facing charges after being arrested for narcotics possession last week at his Malibu high school.

It turns out the drugs he had on his person were prescription meds in his name! After an investigation it has been ruled by the District Attorney that no charges were warranted.

The police aren't saying what type of drugs they were, but we're sure Hopper's going to be more careful with his prescriptions from now on.

Any guesses?
