If Miley Cyrus thought that it's a Hannah Montana world and everyone else is just living in it, she just got a rude wake up call. While the prosti-tot was getting some food at Pop Burger in New York City, the counter person asked for her name to put on the order. Miley was shocked and fired back with: "Are you serious? You don't recognize me? I'm Miley Cyrus." The name obviously didn't register with the Pop Burger employee and just shrugged and said "That's nice for you. Here is your order. Have a good day." HA! It's kind of sweet. Kind of weird, but kind of sweet. Z-lister Trace Cyrus has recently confessed that besides their love of music, he'd like to share one other thing with his kid sister Miley Cyrus - a tattoo! He reveals that he already has a matching tat with his dad and that mom Tish is on her way to having one, so Miley is next in line to get inked. They're just waiting for Smiley to turn 18 and Trace can't wait to share the experience with her. He says:

It seems that the driver of Miley Cyrus' tour bus was going into cardiac arrest shortly after the accident that took his life! According to a 911 recording, a caller can be heard saying, "RV (recreational vehicle) flipped over. The man just went into cardiac arrest. We are going to need some help soon? He's moving? He's turning purple?" Bill Douglas was the only person who lost his life, but nine other passengers were injured. So sad. The $4 billion dollar lawsuit against Miley Cyrus has been thrown out of court! A woman by the name of Lucie Kim filed a class-action lawsuit against Disney star, saying Cyrus' now-infamous slant-eyed pic was a violation of "a statute that prohibits businesses from discriminating against minorities." Kim's attorney argued that "every time [Cyrus] sells herself she engages in a business transaction," so natch, Miley should face the same consequences a business would if they were to discriminate against a race. Yeah, we don't buy it! The judge wisely threw out the bogus case, stating that yes, the image of Miley is offensive, but she didn't break any state laws with her unintentional discrimination.
