It seems Janet Jackson may be moving past Jermaine and onto a more, uh, Irish man!

The diva was spotted dining with movie star/babydaddy Colin Farrell at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel. And they seemed quite cozy while sitting in a booth side by side!

Wowsa!

What could those two possibly have in common?!

We're sure everyone was curious about what she had to say about Michael!

Janet Jackson's interview for In The Spotlight with Robin Roberts on ABC Wednesdaynight had the second highest ratings in the 10 p.m. time slot, falling just behind CSI: New York.

Over 6.7 million homes tuned in to the interview!

We think Janet came off very sweet and sincere.

During her interview on Wednesday's Good Morning America, Janet Jackson reveals that her family did the best they could to help Michael with his addiction to prescription drugs.

"Of course, that's what you do," said Janet. "Those are the things that you do when you love someone. You can't just let them continue on that way."

But, it never went far!

"We did a few times," she continued. "We weren't very successful. He understood that it was out of love, out of caring. But people can be in denial."

Janet goes on to say that out of her eight siblings, she was closest to "Mike." They even spent some very meaningful days together before her birthday this past May.

"We had a lot of fun laughing. He was cracking up . . . Laughing at me," she remembered.

So sad.

Always so much dramz with the Jacksons!

Janet Jackson's latest album, Number Ones, was released yesterday and sources close to Janet confirm to us that the estate of her late brother Michael Jackson is challenging her rights to a particular lyric in the song Make Me.

The lyric up for debate reads "Don't stop ’til you get it up," which the Estate is claiming could be too similar to Michael's song Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough.

Janet's camp has yet to publicly respond to the claim.

We think this is kinda ridiculous!

We're pretty certain Michael would have no qualms about his sister's lyrics, even if they were meant as a nod to his song.

Though reports have been floating around suggesting a reconciliation between Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri, Janet put them to rest when talking about her "ex" on the radio.

While fielding a question about Jermaine during a radio interview in Atlanta, Janet told the host :"I'm not the type of girl that stays in touch with your ex like that."

Ouch!

Quickly realizing that her phrasing could be misconstrued, Janet added that she & Jermaine are still good friends: "I love him to death. We're still connected. We're still good friends. We still talk."

Hmm, we don't know.

We still think you might be friends with some much-needed benefits. There ain't nothing wrong with that!

In her upcoming interview on ABC with Robin Roberts, In The Spotlight, Janet Jackson reveals that she places the blame for brother Michael Jackson's death on his live-in doctor, the shady Conrad Murray.

"He was the one who was administering," she says. "I think he should be responsible."

Janet also recounts the day she found out Michael had died. The singer was in her New York City home when one of her assistants told her Michael was in the hospital after watching CNN. She made phone calls to her family, including mother Katherine and siblings Tito and LaToya.

"I told them to call me back when they got to the hospital. And I remember thinking, nobody's calling me back, so I tried calling again and that's how I found out he was no longer… I couldn't believe it. It just didn't ring true to me. It felt like a dream… its still difficult for me to believe. Its, you know, you have to accept what it is."

Dr. Conrad Murray hasn't been charged with Michael's death, but it has been ruled a homicide by the police. Murray stands by his claim that he didn't give Michael anything that "should have" killed him.

Janet says of her brother: "A day doesn't go by that I don't think about him."

Sad, sad.
