His super sperm is back in action!

Two months ago actress Lauren London gave birth to rapper Lil' Wayne's third child, Lennox Samuel Ari, and now R&B singer Nivea joins the ranks of being one of his baby mamas!

Nivea gave birth to their son over the weekend. Wayne missed the birth as he was Atlanta for a "prior engagement."

What an awesome dad!

Nivea has 3 other children from her previous relationship with The Dream, who recently married singer Christina Milian, who is pregnant herself!

As for Lil' Wayne, his new son with Nivea is his FOURTH child and all of his children have different mothers!

In addition to his son with Lauren London, he also has another son, Dwayne Carter III, with an unidentified woman who gave birth last year - as well as a daughter, Reginae, with his ex-wife Antonia Carter.

Congrats on your latest addition!

We wonder who you'll knock up next year?!

According to Bryant Managment, someone is trying to pass themselves off as CEO Cortez Bryant, the manager for artists Lil Wayne and Drake.

"It has come to light that an individual has been impersonating Bryant Management CEO Cortez Bryant for financial gain through false bookings of his clients, specifically the much buzzed-about recording artist Drake," stated the company, who are working to find the assailant.

The imposter has utilized a fake Twitter account in "which he then utilizes to secure and pocket deposits for false bookings and club appearances," even though bookings are done exclusively through ICM Talent & Literary Agency. And he claims to be "Cortez Bryant The Mgr of Superstar Rapper Lil Wayne."

Is it us or does that sound like a dead giveaway?!

A few of the fraudulent Tweets include:

"who wants to make some easy money hit me"

"promoters hit me if you want Drake or Wayne for a show"

"getting ready for tour this paperwork is crazy, who wants to help hit me up"

You know they're probably not legit when they're hawking paperwork assistance!

So, this manager is booking fake shows - is that why Lil Wayne never shows up?!

It seems Lil Wayne's newest record is finally getting a release date.

The album, Rebirth, was originally set to be released this past April. But after many delays, it kept getting pushed back.

Now, the "rock-oriented" album will be released this December 15th.

Just in time for the holidays!

However, the album's lead single, Prom Queen was released back in January and that failed to get much popularity.

Hope the rest of the album doesn't suck as much!

Lil' Wayne is keeping his lawyers busy!

The rapper is once again facing more legal problems!

Weezy along with rapper Birdman are being sued for copyright infringement by a Florida resident, Thomas Marasciullo. The man is accusing both rappers of using his voice without his permission on several tracks.

Back in 2006m Marasciullo was asked to record "Italian-styled spoken-word recordings" for Cash Money Records and is claiming those recordings were used on four tracks on Lil' Wayne's album Like Father, Like Son and on Birdman's 5 (Star) Stunna record.

It's been 3 years! What the hell took you so long!?

He discovered his voice was being used after his daughter was trying to download Aretha Franklin's Respect for a ringtone, but mistakenly played the song of the same title on Like Father, Like Son.

Umm, how do you even get those two confused!?

What's also inneresting is Thomas' son was fired from his recording engineer job with Cash Money after he started asking for compensation.

Any other family member you want to include in this lawsuit?

Marasciullo is suing Cash Money and Universal Music for unspecified damages.

Hmm, looks like someone wants some ca$h money for themselves!

What an interesting cake!

Creepy, yet fairly impressive!

Alec Baldwin's daughter, little pig (his words!) Ireland, decided that a plain old sheet cake just wouldn't do for her birthday this year. Instead, she requested and received this sugary replica of Lil' Wayne's head!

The piece is completely edible, with chocolate sunglasses and our personal favorite, licorice dreadlocks.

All that is missing is the the lollipop prison cell!

How does one even know where to begin eating this thing?

Shakira's new album, She-Wolf, has already been pushed back more than once and now her label has just announced that it will be released on November 23rd and will contain her newest Timbaland-produced single, Give It Up To Me featuring law-breaker Lil' Wayne.

BAD move!!!!

Shakira will now be going up against Lady GaGa's Fame Monster, Rihanna's Rated R, Adam Lambert's For Your Entertainment and Britney Spears' The Singles Collection.

All those albums will be released on November 23rd too!!!!!!

Yikes! She certainly won't take the top spot up against all that competition!

What was her label thinking?!?! They're setting her up for failure!

Oh, Lil' Wayne. Always the picture of moral standards!

The rapper pleaded guilty to attempted weapon possession today and is expected to be sentence to a year in jail! Wayne 'fessed up to having a .40 caliber semi-automatic loaded gun on-board his tour bus back in 2007.

Sentencing isn't until February so he remains free on his bail until then.

But he'll be busy tending to his other run-ins with the law as he has a trial scheduled in Arizona for felony drug possession and weapon charges from an arrest in January 2008 at the U.S. Border Patrol. He has pleaded not guilty for that one.

Tough break, buddy!

You're suppose to wear a tie with a suit, buddy. Not a scarf. And definitely not that ugly scarf. You're not even really in a suit - that's a peacoat! For shame!

Don't act like you never been in front of a judge before!

Lil Wayne made his way into a Manhattan courtroom today, looking like that, to appear for the hearing concerning his recent arrest on gun possession charges. The hearing is to discuss whether or not the DNA testing results used to charge Lil Wayne are adequate evidence.

Why wouldn't it be?

We should know their decision within the week. Hopefully, Lil Wayne will consult a stylists before making any more appearances.
