Joe Francis was due in a Florida courtroom on Friday, but the attorney for the Girls Gone Wild founder handed the judge a doctor's note excusing his client from appearing!

How convenient!

Francis was supposed to attend a court hearing regarding a civil suit filed by four Florida women against the scumbag, claiming Francis filmed the women for Girls Gone Wild while they were underage.

Francis' lawyer informed the judge that Joe was "in a Mexico hospital, suffering from an acute ear infection, high fever and vertigo," therefore could not fly to Panama City for the hearing.

Do U buy Joe's shady Mexican hospital story????

It looks as though his douchey ways have finally caught up with him!

He may have accepted a plea deal to avoid jail for federal tax evasion, but Joe Francis is far from being in the clear!

IRS officials have filed a lien against Francis for the money he owes - almost $34 million!!!! They claim that he did not pay taxes in 2001, 2002 and 2003, yet he has no clue why the government is coming after him.

"I have no idea what it is," said the Girls Gone Wild founder. "This is total retaliation for me beating them in court."

Riiiight.

Joe claims that federal officials have taken more than $100 million in cash accounts from him on Tuesday and forcing him to file for bankruptcy.

$100 million in cash accounts?!

That's a lotta soft core sold and more taxes that haven't been paid!

Enjoy the poor house, Joe! You deserve it!

The judicial system has prevailed for Girls Gone Wild CEO Joe Francis today.

The judge in his tax evasion case has just set forth a sentence that does not include more jail time.

The douchebag is a free man!

Instead, a binding plea deal had Joe shelling out $249,705, plus a fine of $10,000 to the IRS, which completely covers his total restitution.

With this whole mess over and done with, expect to be bombarded with Girls Gone Wild crap! (He needs to make all that money back!)

Shortly after his release, Joe announced plans for a "dynamic growth" to the franchise, including an uplift for Girls Gone Wild magazine, enhanced mobile video content, and a new reality series for Mark Cuban’s HDNet cable channel.

UGH!

Are you sure you don't want to throw him in jail, judge?

Don't they have better things to do than arrest some hos?!

Authorities raided a Florida bar on Friday after getting a tip that the Girls Gone Wild bus was in the area. Sixteen people were arrested in this lame undercover operation at The Mill Night Club.

They wasted undercover officers?! We bet they enjoyed it, too!

Seven girls were charged with indecent exposure after going a little too wild - showing their boobies and even having them publicly spray painted to the delight of bar patrons.

One man was arrested in engaging in a sexual offense. Our guess is unwarranted mouth to tittay contact was made. Others charged include the nightclub owner and two other workers for operating a sexually-oriented business and obscenity, along with two Girls Gone Wild employees and three men for being drunk horndogs!!

As if Joe Francis doesn't have enough legal issues to concern himself with!

It looks like Joe isn't gonna have much luck with that lawsuit!

The District Attorney will not file charges against the three doucheketeers: Joe Francis, Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole after their pathetic display at Guys and Dolls nightclub in August.

According to surveillance videos, Joe's claim that Jayde is batshit crazy were proven right! She acted without being provoked.

And "the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects."

Now, drop your civil suits and get a job!!!

This whole thing is getting ridiculous!

Joe Francis is suing both Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole and boyfriend Brody Jenner for battery, assault and negligence - as well as slander, libel and false light because he's claiming the couple lied after telling a cameraman about the incident immediately after it happened.

Francis also says that he thought Jayde was going to kill him!

Seriously, Joe?!

He claims that after Jayde struck his head and poured her drink on him, she shouted "I'm going to kill you!" Apparently he was afraid she was going to make good on that threat and he pulled her hair in self-defense.

Oh, give us a break! She may have went after you first, but we highly doubt she ever had the intent to KILL you!

Besides, you're the creator of Girls Gone Wild! Ladies probably say they're going to kill you all the time!

As for Brody, Joe is saying he was attacked by him "in a jealous rage."

You're a grown man, Joe! Better start acting like it because we don't see anyone buying this story.

Some wouldn't think they'd find Joe Francis at a gay rights march, but yet he was there in DC recently, walking alongside the hundreds for the cause.

However, he insists the stunt has nothing to do with fixing his image, but more-so about standing up for civil rights. After all, his empire is built on a girl's right to shed her clothes for the cameras, provided she sign a consent form.

The Girls Gone Wild creator explained:

"With the gay movement, it's personal. The same religious-right assholes who took away my civil rights and put me in jail for a year because they don't like what I do for a living have taken away gay rights. I know firsthand how it feels to have your civil rights stripped from you."

Uh-huh, sure. You've REALLY had it hard! We really feel bad for you!

Of course it is.

People still wondering why Brody Jenner didn't show up at the recent Kardashian nuptials will finally get some REAL answers, courtesy of Brody's GF, Jayde Nicole.

Jayde sat down for an in-depth interview, discussing the newly released security camera footage of Joe Francis, creator of Girls Gone Wild, attacking her a the nightclub Guys and Dolls.

Ah, and their within lies the answer - Joe Francis.

Brody was pissed that his stepsisters have still kept contact with Joe, despite the incident, even inviting him to Khloe Kardashian's wedding. There continued association with him keeps Brody at odds with the entire Kardashian family. Jayde reveals:

"Brody was at the very beginning pretty upset that his family was still hanging out with him…but it's not his mom or his blood, they're stepsisters and he can't really fight whats going on. So he's just upset by it. He's dealing with it."

Meaning he feels no obligation to be loyal to them, especially when they can't do the same for him.

Poor Bruce Jenner. If his face could show emotion, we'd probably see the face of a broken and torn man!

Yesterday we told you about the security video that has been released that shows Joe Francis attacking Playmate Jayde Nicole at Guys and Dolls nightclub.

According to a retired LAPD Lieutenant, the video alone could land Francis back in jail.

The retired officer says: "If the officers saw the video or if they'd had the benefit of seeing the video, I think you have felony battery."

The keyword there is "think".

But remember, Francis isn't completely at fault. The officer goes on to say, "They've both committed crimes", but Francis' is a more serious crime.

He has a point, even though Jayde was the one who provoked the attack, not once but TWICE.

We're sure Jayde is excited to hear this news, seeing as this could help her vendetta case in court.
