Although he's attempting to sell footage of himself and ex-wife Jennifer Lopez, Ojani Noaclaims that he does not have a sex tape!
"They think I have a sex tape with her and that I'm trying to sell it," he said. "My tape is from our honeymoon, the wedding, us hanging out. There's no nudity—maybe one spanking."
Such a gentleman!
"There's moments of her fighting with her mom…couples having fun and kissing. If someone has a sex tape, it's not me," he continued.
Above all, Noa is still fighting to release the mockumentary, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, but Lopez has continually shut him down with several lawsuits and injuctions.
"I'm not going to harm anybody," insists Noa. "I'm a great guy. If I was going to hurt anybody I have had many, many chances to do it. I always wish her the best. The mockumentary is about me escaping from Cuba and living here. They think it's about her but it's not. It's about me."
Adam Lambert's performance at the American Music Awards last night may have received more attention, some are still talking about Jennifer Lopez's fall on stage.
While performing her new song, Louboutins, J. Lo fell on her big Boricua booty when she jumped off a dancer's back. However, it seems she must have some fans at the AMAs, because the hilarious falling clip was CUT OUT of the West coast feed. Instead, they showed JLo jumping in slow motion and cut to her standing up.

But, J. Lo isn't going to let this small slip set her back. Instead, she called in to Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning and joked about the whole incident.
She told Seacrest, "Did I trip a little bit? I don't even remember. Yeah, I meant to do that. That was part of the choreography."
And she did recover from her fall rather quickly, adding: "The measure of things isn't what happens when you fall, it's how you recover when you fall."
However, we have to ask, why was J. Lo's fall cut out of the West coast feed, but producers decided to keep Adam Lambert's tumble on stage and didn't edit that out?
Though kudos to Lambert for doing a good job on working his fall into the routine.
She is a part owner of one of the worst teams in the NFL, for crying out loud.
Ojani Noa, Jennifer Lopez's loser ex-husband, is trying to convince people that J.Lo is having him followed as well as sending him death threats because of his attempt to leak very personal information in the form of a mockumentary.

The dude's business manager, Ed Meyer, insisted:
"She's having him followed. We just ran the license plate of the car . . . and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani's scared."
Of course, when Camp J.Lo was questioned about this, her lawyer just labeled Ojani "paranoid" as the person tracking him is just a process server trying to serve him some legal papers.

But honestly, if all you have to get your name out in the tabloids is a made up death threat claim, we think it's time to give up.

Yesterday, J.Lo was granted a temporary restraining order, keeping her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, from banking off their brief marriage. Ojani was supposedly looking to release candid photographs and video from their time together, as well as helm a "mockumentary" about their relationship.
This injunction stops him from doing anything of the sort and when leaving the El Lay court room yesterday, Ojani milked whatever media attention he was allowed to get for all it was worth. He spoke to the press waiting outside the court proclaiming : "She is destroying my life."
To be fair, she is only trying to stop you from destroying hers. Though Ojani insists that any footage he had in his possession was solely being used as research for his "mockumentary", there are reports that there are images of J.Lo "fondling herself," which we are sure she would rather keep unseen.
Along with the injunction, the judge also ordered Ojani to relinquish any and all materials he planned on using in the movie. Unhappy with the whole situation, Ojani will be back in court on December 1st to fight the ruling. Ojani was quoted saying: "She's trying to step on my shoes and not let me move on with my life, and it's not fair."
Excuse us, but how is making a movie about your past relationship moving on with your life?

Jennifer Lopez has filed a mulit-million dollar lawsuit against her ex and another defendant, Ed Meyer, for marketing the proposed feature, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.
Also, Myer sent J. Lo's attorney an email stating that he had bought "exclusive rights" to "11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage" of the actress from Noa. In the alleged video, Jennifer is seen "in [a] revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from [her and Noa's] honeymoon."
Not only does that violate a settlement agreement that contained non-disparagement and non-disclosure clauses, but it's downright tacky!
The diva is suing both douchebags for no less than $10 million!
In a new interview, Pussycat Dolls creator Robin Antin sharpened her claws saying that the girls are all basically replaceable.
And there will be new music from PCD!
Says Antin:
"The truth is I have had a lot of different girls in the Pussycat Dolls over the years which many people did not know before the band. I had many reincarnations of the PCD so if a couple of girls want to go out and do something else it is easy for me to find other girls. My trademark motto is behind every woman is a Pussycat Doll; there are many girls that I can bring in. I know that I will make it great, sexy and make everyone feel like a Pussycat Doll. That is the beauty of what I have, a brand that is bigger than all of us."
Robin also revealed that we may be seeing the PCD on Broadway! Not gonna lie, we sort of like that idea in a kitschy, campy kinda way:
"I have the idea with the Pussycat Dolls story. The real story which is my story, I started PSC in a garage and worked my way up. It is a good, wild, crazy story but my dream is to do it in a way that Jersey Boys was able to do it. Tell the real story with the huge hits and use all the music to fill the whole show. It is going past dreaming about it now, I believe in it."
As for other celebrities she'd like to see as a guest Pussycat Doll, Antin says:
"I would definitely love to have Beyonce. She is someone that I look and I say, 'she is the ultimate.' I've had Gwen Stefani, Scarlett Johansson and some many beautiful, incredible women, what more can I get? I have always wanted Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna of course, these are woman that get it, they get me and even Madonna would be great."
