Brody Jenner is off crying somewhere in the hills of Malibu over his broken bromance with former BFF Doug Reinhardt!

Oh, boo hoo!

Seems Reinhardt can't find the time of day for Jenner now that his life has become entirely Paris-centric.

"Paris has taken him away," cried Brody to a UK tabloid.

The whining continued: "We used to be best friends, now I never see him. Some people are so involved in relationships they lose their other friends. Partners come and go - your friends are there for you always."

Guess someone was wrong!

It looks like Joe isn't gonna have much luck with that lawsuit!

The District Attorney will not file charges against the three doucheketeers: Joe Francis, Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole after their pathetic display at Guys and Dolls nightclub in August.

According to surveillance videos, Joe's claim that Jayde is batshit crazy were proven right! She acted without being provoked.

And "the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects."

Now, drop your civil suits and get a job!!!

This whole thing is getting ridiculous!

Joe Francis is suing both Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole and boyfriend Brody Jenner for battery, assault and negligence - as well as slander, libel and false light because he's claiming the couple lied after telling a cameraman about the incident immediately after it happened.

Francis also says that he thought Jayde was going to kill him!

Seriously, Joe?!

He claims that after Jayde struck his head and poured her drink on him, she shouted "I'm going to kill you!" Apparently he was afraid she was going to make good on that threat and he pulled her hair in self-defense.

Oh, give us a break! She may have went after you first, but we highly doubt she ever had the intent to KILL you!

Besides, you're the creator of Girls Gone Wild! Ladies probably say they're going to kill you all the time!

As for Brody, Joe is saying he was attacked by him "in a jealous rage."

You're a grown man, Joe! Better start acting like it because we don't see anyone buying this story.

Of course it is.

People still wondering why Brody Jenner didn't show up at the recent Kardashian nuptials will finally get some REAL answers, courtesy of Brody's GF, Jayde Nicole.

Jayde sat down for an in-depth interview, discussing the newly released security camera footage of Joe Francis, creator of Girls Gone Wild, attacking her a the nightclub Guys and Dolls.

Ah, and their within lies the answer - Joe Francis.

Brody was pissed that his stepsisters have still kept contact with Joe, despite the incident, even inviting him to Khloe Kardashian's wedding. There continued association with him keeps Brody at odds with the entire Kardashian family. Jayde reveals:

"Brody was at the very beginning pretty upset that his family was still hanging out with him…but it's not his mom or his blood, they're stepsisters and he can't really fight whats going on. So he's just upset by it. He's dealing with it."

Meaning he feels no obligation to be loyal to them, especially when they can't do the same for him.

Poor Bruce Jenner. If his face could show emotion, we'd probably see the face of a broken and torn man!

Security video from Guys and Dolls nightclub has recently been released from the night of Joe Francis allegedly attacking Brody Jenner's girlfriend, Playboy model Jayde Nicole.

In the video, you can clearly see that Jayde targets Joe.

While Joe walks through the club (nowhere near her), Jayde makes her way through the crowd to get to him. When she finally reaches her target Jayde "pours a drink" on Francis from behind, but not before she's pushing his head.

As a result Joe turns around and sees Jayde, who's resting against the bar with the side of her body facing Francis, and pulls the Playmate of the Year by her hair.

If anything this looks bad on HER because she started this whole thing by going after Francis TWICE, shoving his head and pouring her drink on him. And from what he can see there was no "beating" because as soon as Jayde was seen being pulled through the crowd, Joe was pushed towards the exit.

How she suffered a "black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs" is beyond us. The only thing that makes sense is the ripped out hair.

Wonder how this will all play out in court, or if Jayde will back down from her lawsuit since the video doesn't favor her.

We all know there's drama and jealousy on the set of MTV's The Hills.

But with this new piece of information leaked, we have a feeling there's gonna be a lot more behind-the-scenes drama.

Turns out the reality TV "stars" are making more per episode than many people make in a year.

But it's not an even scale.

Turns out troublemaker Kristin Cavallari is raking in $90,000 per episode! So you'd think the villains get paid more, right? Wrong. Bring in Spencer Pratt, and he's only making $65,000 per episode.

And that's nothing compared to Audrina Patridge's $100,000 per episode! Or Heidi Montag's close to $100,000 salary. Turns out Spencer is down at $65,000 since he joined only in 2008.

However, the top earner goes to former Hills star Lauren Conrad who was racking in $125,000 per episode ($2.5 million a year). Plus her contract demanded that no other star's salary could match hers while she was on the show.

Even sellout Brody Jenner is making some good cash. Jenner makes $45,000 per episode.

And that's what everyone's making not including their side jobs. Like fashion lines, books, music singles, and paid appearances.

Craziness!

Let's hope they're all investing wisely. Some of them will most likely not have another paycheck after The Hills.

As we mentioned earlier (too many times, unfortunately), Khloe Kardashian married her month-long boyfriend, NBA player Lamar Odom on Sunday. And noticeably absent was her stepbrother, Brody Jenner.

Jenner was apparently in New York promoting the newest season of The Hills.

As for his excuse? Brody claims he HAD to be on a plane to New York to promote the season premiere of The Hills on Tuesday.

Says Jenner, "It's pretty crazy. I missed it. I had to be here. You guys [MTV] are the reason why I missed it."

Riiiiiiight.

We're sure MTV would have been OK with it. It's not like you're the star of The Hills!

Says Brody, "It came fast, to say the least, but I'm happy for them. She seems very happy, so good for them."

And then he jokes, "I'm getting some good seats this year at the Lakers games, yes!" Adding, "I've met Lamar a couple of times, and he seems like a pretty incredible guy."

But all this marriage talk doesn't mean Brody's ready to tie the knot with his trashy troublemaker girlfriend, Jayde.

He adds about keeping up with his stepsisters that, "I don't know, it's hard to keep up with them. I'd have to get married right off the bat with somebody to keep up with them. And I don't think I'm quite ready for something like that. You never know, but at this point, no."

Well, it really happened!

Khloe Kardashian and LA Laker Lamar Odom tied the knot in Beverly Hills yesterday and, naturally, E!'s cameras were rolling the whole time.

Stepfather Bruce Jenner walked the bride down the aisle with sisters Kim and Kourtney following behind.

The younger Jenner sisters, Kendall and Kylie, were also in the bridal party, but noticeably absent was stepbrother Brody Jenner who was in New York promoting the newest season of The Hills.

Nice.

There were 250 wedding guests including Sharon Osbourne, Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa, Phil Jackson, Chelsea Handler and of course, Ryan Seacrest who is said to be "seriously thinking" about producing a reality show with Khloe and Lamar.

Please, spare us!

The reception was "nightclub-themed" along with Babyface singing during the event and a DJ pumping out the tunes until 11:00 p.m.

Congrats to the newlyweds!

Let the countdown to divorce happy marriage begin!

And the high school drama continues!

As we mentioned last month, some drama went down outside Guys and Dolls nightclub in West Hollywood when Brody Jenner and his Playboy Playmate trashy girlfriend, Jayde, witnessed Joe Francis hitting on a girl they knew.

Jayde, who felt that the girl was being harassed, threw a drink on the Girls Gone Wild millionaire and Francis reportedly punched her.

However, Francis denies the reports saying he's the victim since Brody punched him in the face. Security footage of the incident backs up Joe's claim that he did not kick or punch Jenner's girlfriend.

But now money hungry whore Jayde is fighting back by filing a lawsuit against Francis alleging assault and battery.

According to her suit:

"In an intoxicated and uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis, who weighs over 200 lbs, physically attacked plaintiff Nicole, approximately 115 lbs, by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll."

This reportedly caused her to suffer a "black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair, and utter emotional distress and humiliation."

Jayde is suing for $1 million plus punitive damages.

Obviously one party is lying. We'll just have to wait and find out who it is!
