Well, here's one way to nip a rumor in the bud - sue!

Eddie Cibrian is planning on suing Life & Style Magazine for printing a story claiming Cibrian cheated on girlfriend LeAnn Rimes with his former fuck buddy, Scheana Marie Jancan!

Sources said Cibrian was "bragging" to the crew on CSI: Miami about boning Jancan, but Eddie says the story is untrue!

Cibrian's rep has released a statement about the suit, reading:

Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It's a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.

Multiple reports are claiming that Steven Tyler has quit his position as lead singer of the legendary rock band, Aerosmith!

Old Man Tyler encountered a slew of injuries this year, including a broken shoulder in August after tumbling off the stage while performing, and guitarist Joe Perry says the two weren't in contact for a full month after the accident!

Perry has informed reporters that Tyler has "quit as far as I can tell."

He continues: "I don't know any more than you do about it. I got off the plane two nights ago. I saw online that Steven said that he was going to leave the band. I don't know for how long, indefinitely or whatever. Other than that, I don't know."

Sorta sketchy!

Perry explained that Tyler has been avoiding the group's phone calls for months now, but Joe has "learned to live with it."

"Frankly, the last few months I've been wanting not to rock the boat. I don't want him cancelling any more gigs," tells Joe. "We just kind of didn't want to call him out or anything and get him anymore pissed off, for whatever reason. So we just let things lie."

Perry says Aerosmith has all plans to continue without Tyler and are looking for a new singer, not to replace Steven, rather to "move the Aerosmith… vibe up a notch."

Coming in January, Addison will make her return to Seattle Grace to help Mark Sloan (played by the delicious Eric Dane) with a special patient. Once she's done in Seattle, then she will be bring Mark back with her L.A., completely thetransition of the annual crossover.

That should add some life into the dull show.

Joe spends $1,200 a month for rent, $2,500 to eat out, $1,000 on entertainment, gifts and vacations, $2,000 on air travel and $3,000 on hotels!

Michael's will only approves allowances to his mother Katherine Jackson and his 3 children Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Joe Jackson's only source of income is his $1,700 social security check that comes each month. The filing states:

"He does not have a regular or steady source of income, and he was dependent upon the money provided by his son, Michael Jackson, through his wife, Katherine Jackson for his support."

A judge has already rejected Joe's petition for an expedited hearing and to file the motion under seal.

As the big 4-0 approaches, Gerard Butler is rethinking his life and considering the many options he has available to him (aka he can't make up his damn mind).

"Right now, yes, I question a bunch of things in my life and I am in a lot of ways more comfortable than ever. I know what sill excites me and what is just never going to happen," said the actor. "But then also there are things I have different opinions on. Sometimes I think: ‘God, I wish I was married now, and had kids.’ Other times I think: 'Thank Christ I am not married and don’t have kid yet, I can do that later.'

Butler continued, "But I can totally imagine it. It’s just not right now. I am great where I am but it would be nice. It doesn’t have to be marriage. It could be to be in a relationship and I would definitely like kids some day.’’

Poor Anna Friel! She couldn't have been THAT bad.

Currently, Anna is the star of the West End production of Breakfast At Tiffany's. During a recent interview, she retold a disgusting story about an ill theatre-goer who got violently ill during her performance.

Someone in the upper balcony became so sick that they vomited over the railing and onto the heads of six other people!!!

Bleh! Eww! Yuck!

And what did Anna do while the smell of vomit was wafting to the stage? She kept on singing!

Anna explains:

"I thought it was latecomers who shouldn't have been allowed in - but it turned out someone had vomited from the balcony over six people and they were being escorted out to be cleaned up. I carried on singing, but almost lost my way as there was such a noise coming from the seats. I almost lost it, but I'm proud I kept my concentration."

At eight months pregnant, the eldest Kardashian sister is preoccupied with not gaining too much weight.

"I weigh myself every day," said Kourtney. "I've gained 26 pounds since getting pregnant, except I gained three pounds since yesterday."

Uh, why don't you worry about the kid?!

But, her anxiety has not stopped her from wearing heels on the red carpet!

"Today I vowed that I was going to wear flats, and then last second, I threw on some heels," she admitted. "I can't wait to sit down already. It's hard carrying extra weight. I'm over the red carpet being pregnant."
