MTV just loves drama - no matter what the nationality!!!

UNICO National, an Italian-American organization based in New Jersey, is fuming over the network's newest reality debacle, Jersey Shore.

MTV claims the show captures the "hottest, tannest, craziest Guidos" who "keep their hair high, their muscles juiced and their fists pumping all summer long!"

Love it!

The organization believes the show is offensive and relies on crude stereotypes which highlight cursing, bad behavior and violence among guests at the beach house.

UNICO President Andre DiMino calls the show "trash television."

It wouldn't be the first for MTV! Maybe he hasn't seen The Hills!!!

So sad!

Comedian and MTV personality Ken Ober has died at the age of 52.

Ober hosted MTV quiz show Remote Control and had been recently working behind-the-scenes in production on Mind of Mencia and The New Adventures of Old Christine.

The cause of his death is unknown at this time.

Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.

The chief financial officer for pro skateboarder and star of MTV's Life of Ryan, Ryan Sheckler, has been arrested and charged for embezzling over $365,000 from Sheckler!!!

Matthew Mercuro is currently being held on $400,000 bail in Huntington Beach after being accused of "having access to the accounts of the two businesses, Ryan Sheckler Rips LLC and Sheckler Merch 2 LL… [and] embezzling over $365,000 from these companies by transferring money from the corporate accounts into personal accounts and the account of his wife and a friend."

The douche was caught when "suspicious transfers" were reported in a financial review of one of the 19-year-old skater's companies.

Dumb!

The Huntington Beach PD is currently investigating the case, with Mercuro due to be arraigned on Tuesday. If found guilty, Sheckler's financial officer could serve up to six years and eight months in a state prison.

Throw the book at him!

After hearing Rihanna's side of the story on 20/20 Friday night, Chris Beat-Her-Down couldn't resist from shit talking about RiRi!

Chris sent a statement over to MTV, speaking down on Ri's decision to discuss the "private matter" of his physical abuse publicly.

Writes the douche:

While I respect Rihanna's right to discuss the specific events of February 8, I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us. I do appreciate her support and wish her the best. I am extremely sorry for what I did, and I accept accountability for my actions. At this point, I am taking the proper steps to learn about me and grow from my mistakes. I only hope that others in similar situations can learn from our experience as well. Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it to God.

Sounds like someone is sick of being painted as the bad guy!

Princess RiRi can talk all she wants - she's the victim in this situation, NOT Chris!

Who does he think he is!?

Last week we told you how Robbie Williams dropped out of the MTV Europe Music Awards last minute due to "scheduling conflicts".

Turns out that's a bunch of bullshiz!

It's now being reported that MTV couldn't meet Robbie's over the top demands, so he peaced out on the awards show.

Seriously? When you're trying to make a "comeback" it's probably best to not throw mantrums!

A source over at MTV blabs:

"Every star is treated the same and has to work to the same parameters. Robbie is not different. But his reps, for some reason, said nearly everything wasn't up to scratch. His no-show is costing us a lot of money. We tried to be accommodating, but they walked away with a week to go. It's caused mayhem."

MTV also thinks his backing out may have to do with that god awful performance of his on X Factor.

That's too bad. A hot mess always makes for good TV!

So much for his comeback!

Robbie Williams has pulled out of his performance at the MTV European Music Awards citing "scheduling conflicts."

Uh, is he too busy relapsing?! What else does he have going on?!

Not only is he nominated for an award, but he needs to do something to counteract his insane X Factor performance!

Snap out of it, Robbie!!!!!

Starting next Monday, the youths of the U.K. will get a channel all there own from MTV.

Viva will be an entire channel devoted to the programming of the young demographic. Shows like The Hills and South Park will make up the line-up for the station, as well as videos from faves like Lady Gaga.

The channel has already done fairly well in other localized markets such as Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Switzerland.

With all the "enhancements" people are getting done nowadays, it was only a matter of time before something like this happened.

On this week's episode of Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins, contestant Shauvon got a unique type of injury.

She burst her breast implant!!! Or so she claims.

During one of the competitions, Shauvon, belly-flopped into the water and started to complain that she thought her boob implant has busted.

She was then quickly rushed to the ER for a checkup and a few scans.

After determining she had some muscle injuries and bruising, they recommended she leave the show to recuperate.

So a drugged-out (on pain meds) Shauvon, headed home to tell everyone her sad story, again, and again, and again.
