Scientology Employees Forced To Watch Tom Cruise Videos

wenn2606743tc.jpg

Yikes! That sounds like our personal hell!

Marc Headley left Scientology after being involved for 15 years and is publishing a tell-all book called Blown for Good about the bizarre religion and he talks about Tom Cruise's supreme influence on its members.

Those working at the Scientology compound in Gilman Hot Springs, California are not allowed to watch television or read newspapers, but apparently they were gathered at different times to view clips of Scientology poster-child Tom Cruise!

Headley explains the strange ritual:

"Everyone there thought Tom Cruise was just brilliant. Absolutely all the employees looked up to him. They think he is an exhilaration, which is very high up on what they call the 'tone scale'. People who work within the organization were not given access to newspapers or television shows. The only thing we knew was what we were told or shown.

"At the International Headquarters they would record any appearances on TV shows or even mentions of Tom Cruise, or little stories they heard about him. Then they would re edit them and cut them together into a five or ten minute video of all the snippets of him on TV. But it was never the full interview or story.

"For example the actual footage might have said; 'Scientologist Tom Cruise, the biggest movie star in the world, acts like a crazy person on Oprah.' But what we saw was 'Tom Cruise, the biggest movie star in the world.' Then it would cut to the next thing."

That sounds so shady!

After Headley left the compound it was then he saw what the world was really saying about Tom Cruise and Scientology in general and he began to question the religion and their "propaganda:"

"I just knew he was a superstar who talked about Scientology everywhere he went and encouraged people to join. I thought everyone was embracing Scientology and that millions of people were joining because of him. But somehow just before I got out I happened to see a few episodes of Conan O'Brien and he was making fun of Tom Cruise and the church.

I had only been shown the good. I had never been exposed to anything else. But it got me thinking that if jokes are being made and people are laughing at them then not everyone thinks Scientology is so great. They don't think Tom Cruise is awesome, they think he is a freak show."

Well can you blame us? With the Oprah couch incident, the highly-publicized battle with Brooke Shields and the famous sound bite of "you're glib!" to Matt Lauer?!

Headley also talks about what it entails to leave Scientology, using Tom Cruise's family as an example including ex-wife Nicole Kidman:

"If you want to leave Scientology and publicly announce it, then you run a high risk of being branded a suppressant person. You will not be able to speak to your mother or your children or you family members again if they are still part of Scientology. If you leave and you say, 'I don't want to do this and I don't want to be here then you are punished.' You are threatened with physical and physiological harm…

"Nicole did attempt Scientology but she walked away from it. But she has never spoken about that. There are a lot of people still today who are quote on quote, 'still in Scientology'. They may not like what is happening in Scientology but they will play along for fear they would suffer the disconnection.

"If Connor or Isabella [Tom and Nicole's kids] said, 'I don't want to do anything in Scientology anymore' and didn't speak out or say its crazy then they would be fine.

"But as soon as they say 'I don't want to do it anymore and I don't believe in it' and they make that fact known publicly then they stand a strong chance of being branded a suppressant person. If that were to happen, then they are living with Nicole."

That is effed up!

The more people speak out about their experiences in Scientology, the more creeped out we get!

Somebody save Suri!

New Book Reveals Tom Cruise' Xenu Secrets!

wenn2258215_e.jpg

Uh oh! The cult church of Scientology isn't going to be too happy about this.

A new book is being released by Tom Cruise' Scientology apprentice that reveals some bizarre deets about one of Scientology's most famous members.

Marc Headley reveals he witnessed Tom spending three weeks talking to books, bottles and door knobs.

Maybe Tom Cruise was George Clooney's inspiration in Men Who Stare At Goats???

The longtime Xenu employee says "it's known as the book-and-bottle routine" and "was supposed to rehabilitate your ability to control things and to be controlled."

Creepy, but that could explain why Katie Holmes has been with him for so long.

Wonder what else the book claims???

Get Your Christmas Shopping Done Early, Xenu Lovers!

wenn2606745tc.jpg

We've just gotten our hands on where Tom Cruise is gonna be ordering all his Xmas gifts!

The Scientology Holiday Catalog has all kinds of high-priced BS goodies for your and your loved ones!

The collection of 18 "Nigerian goatskin" bounded books of "The Basics" is going for a mere $2,000 or you can get your very own E-Meter for $4,650!

And if you've already achieved the status of "Clear," why not reward yourself with a bracelet made just for you? Seriously, the bracelets are for "Clear" people only and range in price from $250 to up to $3,400 if you want diamonds as well.

LOLs!

Who knew Scientologists even celebrated Christmas? Don't they represent some seriously conflicting ideals?

We bet Tom Cruise is poring over this thing already and dog-earing the pages of crap he wants from Xenu!

Don't Get Our Hopes Up!

img085.jpg

We're starting to believe that OK! Magazine and Star Magazine are in competition to see who can come up with the fakest story and use the largest, brightest font to promote it.

This week, we're voting for OK!, but we'll give Star kudos for the effort.

We in no way believe that things are amiss between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, (though believe us, we wish it was true), and we can't allow ourselves to believe that any studio is actually considering fronting the funds to make a Jon & Kate movie!

Spare us, please! They're too much in the media as it is!

EE-I-EE-I-O!!!

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes took the always adorable Suri to Brooksby Farm on Sunday afternoon in Peabody, Massachusetts.

The family went on a hay ride and pet some animals to usher in the fall. Tom even managed to bundle up the stroller (and take pictures with adoring fans)!!

It was all so normal we almost forgot their out of this world origins - but not quite!

Suri's Got Some Competition

matilda_1_e.jpgmatilda_e_3.jpgmatilda_2_e.jpg

She's getting so big!

Matilda Ledger and mom Michelle Williams were seen visiting a New York park this past weekend and judging from the smiles on both of their faces a good time was had by all!

Every time we see her, the tot looks more and more like Heath Ledger!

And we're glad Michelle dresses her child appropriately for the fall weather on the East coast unlike Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise!

Church Of Scientology Convicted Of Fraud In France!

wenn2224641__opt1.jpg

Somewhere in Boston right now, Tom Cruise is having a hissy fit! His most beloved religious order, the Church of Scientology, has been convicted of fraud in a Paris, France, courtroom this morning and was fined $900,000! Tom makes that in a day on one of his crappy films. Hit him up for cash!

Apparently, the fact that the Church has so many celebrity supporters with deep pockets didn't stop Scientology leaders in France from pressuring members of the congregation to pay large amounts of $$$ for "questionable financial gain" and used "commercial harassment" against recruits.

Thus, the French chapter of the organization, which included six leaders of the church, has to pay up. However, in the end, the Church was not forced to dissolve, despite the prosecutor's assertion that it should.

Deep breathes, Tom! The Church already has a bad rep - this can't hurt it anymore than you do!

Oscar-Winning Director Leaves Scientology Because They Discriminate Against Gays!

wenn2510562ph.jpg

Scientology backed Prop 8!

Crash director Paul Haggis has left the Church of Scientology after being fed up with the church's support of California's Proposition 8 banning gay marriage.

He and his wife, actress Deborah Rennard, were both practicing Scientologists after his in-laws introduced them to the church. Apparently, though, his wife's parents committed a violation of some sort within the church and Haggis and his wife were ordered to break contact with them.

Obviously this was a tumultuous time in their family and Haggis had enough of the "church" BS!

In a strongly-worded letter to Scientology spokesperson, Tommy Davis, Haggis explains his decision:

"And so, after writing this letter, I am fully aware that some of my friends may choose to no longer associate with me, or in some cases work with me…However, I have finally come to the conclusion that I can no longer be a part of this group. Frankly, I had to look no further than your refusal to denounce the church’s anti-gay stance, and the indefensible actions, and inactions, of those who condone this behavior within the organization. I am only ashamed that I waited this many months to act. I hereby resign my membership in the Church of Scientology."

We wonder what the other celebrity Scientologists have to say for themselves?

We're looking at you Tom Cruise and John Travolta!

Run-DMC: The Musical

wenn255689024.jpg

Here's something different. Rap and music enthusiasts will soon get a chance to see the lives of Run-DMC as a musical.

Producer Paula Wagner, she's worked with Tom Cruise in the past on Mission: Impossible and other movies, has signed up to turn Run-DMC's story into a new and original musical.

According to reports, Wagner is meeting with Joseph Simmons, "Rev Run", and Darryl McDaniels, "DMC", this week in New York to check out some of the current musical shows on Broadway and steal observe the competition.

Wagner reveals, "I feel their story lends itself perfectly to the stage. This project has been a passion of mine for some time and I couldn't be more thrilled to be working with them."

The production will also include the life of Jam-Master Jay who was killed back in 2002.

As for Wagner, she feels Run-DMC was the first rap group to really influence music in America and with the help of her new production company she wants everyone to watch their "inspirational" story.

Somehow we just don't think this will be a hit. We could be wrong though.

But would U go see it?
