Gibson's child bride fiancé, Oksana Grigorieva gave birth to a bouncing baby girl on Friday, and the family has already returned to their home to enjoy the new bundle of love.

Wonder how Mel's ex-wife feels about it????

From human rights organizations like Amnesty International to rebuilding infrastructure at home and abroad, the following are celebrities that have donated the most $$$$ to charitable organizations in 2008.

Paul Newman gave a whopping $21 million to fund health initiatives, education, emergency campaigns and environmental protection before his death last September while Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt gave $13.4 million to build a health clinic in Ethiopia, development in New Orleans and the Armed Services YMCA.

Very generous!

Jesus-worshipping Mel Gibson gave $6.5 million to the Holy Family Church in Southern California, Oprah Winfrey gave $2.4 million to after-school programs across the U.S. and scholarships for students in Whitesboro, New Jersey (Steadman's hometown).

That's it, O?! Considering the money she's got stashed away, she could restore California's economy!!!

Rounding out the list is Barbra Streisand, who gave $1.7 million to fund The Barbra Streisand Women’s Cardiovascular Research and Education Program in El Lay, Leonardo DiCaprio for donating $1.5 million to community development and The Paris Review literary magazine and Nicolas Cage, who gave $1.1 million to Amnesty International.

Damn! We bet Nic wishes he was a little more stingy these day!

The Mad Max franchise will be resurrected! The only question is, will Mad Mel Gibson return for it?

That remains to be seen but it has been announced that Charlize Theron will be joining the post-apocalyptic fun! She has signed on to star in the fourth chapter of the series, titled Mad Max: Fury Road.

As the film doesn't start shooting until next August, the production still has time to sway Mel to return. But, if he declines, the show will go on without him, says director George Miller, who also helmed the first three films: "It could be Mel, it could be anyone."

Hm, interesting. Who else could it be?

Lucky guy!

While leaving Phillippe restaurant in West Hollywood yesterday, a tipsy Dennis Quaid got behind the wheel along with his wife Kimberly. After moving the car mere inches, a police officer pulled up suggesting that he and his wife opt for alternate transportation.

Dennis apparently explained that he didn't want to drive and the cop said "get out of the car" continuously until the Quaids went back in to the restaurant to presumably call the cab that eventually picked them up.

The paparazzi joked with Quaid saying "You don't want a DUI. You don't want to end up like Mel Gibson!"

No, Dennis, you certainly do NOT!

Nice to see celebrities making wise choices after a night out…even if it's only after the law urged them to do so. Baby steps!

To be fair, he paid his dues and completed his three year probation, but still, this just doesn't seem right to us.

This morning, a judge in Malibu decided to honor the request made by his lawyers and expunge Mel Gibson's highly-publicized (and mocked) DUI arrest from back in July 2006.

You'll recall that Mel was pulled over by police for speeding down the Pacific Coast Highway and he was so intoxicated, that he felt the need to hate on the Jews as well as make some pretty sexist remarks.

But now, as far as the courts are concerned, it never happened.

As far as we are concerned, and about every comedian of this decade, it did. Your clean record will in no way clean your reputation, Mel. That shiz is unchangeable!

Not sure what the judge will say, but it's not likely the world will erase it from their record!

Mel Gibson and his lawyer are going before a judge next week to request that his infamous DUI is removed from the actor's record.

You know which one we're talking about.

Because he kept up his end of the bargain on his 3-year probation, he thinks the DUI should now be nixed.

She's just promoting her music pregnancy!

Mel Gibson's sperminated girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva took time out of her oh-so-busy schedule to appear on GMTV in the UK on Tuesday, where she dismissed marriage rumors, discussed her "work" and pimped out some child-bearing details.

The blatant liar started out by saying, "Actually we have no plans to marry whatsoever. I haven't thought about it – we haven't spoken about it."

So, you're having the baby of a recently divorced multi-millionaire and a ring never even crossed your mind?!

Okasana is just really busy concentrating on the health of her baby. If so, we hope the unborn child likes the sound of mommy's voice because it doesn't tend to shut up!

"I have a 12 year old, so I've been a mother for 12 years – and of course, there is no first time mother's trepidation as such," she continued. "So naturally it's more relaxed, and I'm very dynamic so the pregnancy falls into my work schedule."

Wowsa!

Come to think of it, is there anyone more dynamic than Oksana Grigorieva?!

Is she afraid a little skin will ruin her homewrecker image?!

Mel Gibson's babymomma-to-be, Oksana Grigorieva, is suing Samuel Oriti, a man who took pHOtos of the "model" in lingerie in 2004 and has begun selling them for profit.

He told her the images would be used to negotiate a deal with a prominent lingerie company, yet Oksana paid for the shoot and Oriti allegedly promised not to distribute the pictures elsewhere.

Was she expecting to be a Victoria Secret Angel?

Too old for that, honey!

Top El Lay law firm Lavely & Singer, who refers their client, Oksana as "an internationally renowned model, pianist and musical composer and performer" filed the suit on Tuesday and is asking for $100,000 in damages.

We'd love to get our hands on those pics!

Despite her faux intentions of keeping a low profile, Mel Gibson's girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, does have an album to promote, which means a televised interview with CNN.

And it seems we will not have a trashtastic wedding between the sperminated Grigorieva and recently divorced Gibson anytime soon!

"We don't know yet. We haven't really talked about it," says the Russian songstress.

Haven't talked about marriage = he said no!

Although, she has discussed not learning the sex of her child, saying, "I'm already buying things in gender-neutral colors. It's very cute."

Not cute!

The "singer" doesn't deny that her relationship with Gibson gave her some visibility!

"If you think about it, every talent needs a serious push and help from somebody who is stronger, because it's pretty much impossible for anybody to succeed in this industry," she says. "So I've become very lucky, and I'm very grateful."

We hope you don't think you've succeeded!!!

"You don't control the situations or the people you meet. I did not plan this," says the famewhore, who also has a son with Timothy Dalton. "I'm just doing what I've always been doing. It's not like I've changed my goals at all."

Didn't you want to be a singer and now you're prego?!

Mel did give his girlfriend her new motto, "Just be myself and speak the truth. What I most like to talk about is my music and Beautiful Heartache. And that's pretty much it."
