Nicolas Cage owes $6 million to the government in back taxes and sued his business manager for $20 million for leading him "down a path of financial ruin."

Well, Nic, it sounds like you accomplished that all on your own!

The actor has purchased quite an array of items over the past few years, including outbidding Leonardo DiCaprio for a dinosaur skull priced at $276,000. He once owned 3 castles and two islands in the Bahamas. One of his mansions in Bel Air had a billiard room with his 1955 Jaguar parked inside including a variety of "shrunken heads."

Nic also owns a jet and two yachts and a used Lamborghini he bought from the shah of Iran for nearly half a million dollars!

The actor takes his roles very seriously as well apparently since he hired an "on set drinking-consultant-poet" for his role in Leaving Las Vegas to help him portray an alcoholic. How does one get that job?

But he's not entirely selfish! He proposed to actress Patricia Arquette on the first day they met back in 1987. Naturally the actress declined and Nic offered to go on "a quest to prove his love."

Arquette challenged him to bring her an autograph from Catcher in the Rye author JD Salinger, a "Bob's Big Boy" statue and a Tibetan wedding dress. Nic found all of these items for her, but she still wouldn't marry him until 1995. They ended up divorcing 6 years later.

The man must have really believed he had bottomless pockets!

Dinosaur skulls and shrunken heads? We're sure those were necessary purchases!

Apparently Lindsanity wasn't able to go unnoticed when she dropped by Leonardo DiCaprio's El Lay home on Saturday night.

…Wait, what????

Leo and Lohan had an alleged flirtation back in April when Lindsanity and saMAN were on one of their many "breaks", but this shiz is news to us!

From human rights organizations like Amnesty International to rebuilding infrastructure at home and abroad, the following are celebrities that have donated the most $$$$ to charitable organizations in 2008.

Paul Newman gave a whopping $21 million to fund health initiatives, education, emergency campaigns and environmental protection before his death last September while Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt gave $13.4 million to build a health clinic in Ethiopia, development in New Orleans and the Armed Services YMCA.

Very generous!

Jesus-worshipping Mel Gibson gave $6.5 million to the Holy Family Church in Southern California, Oprah Winfrey gave $2.4 million to after-school programs across the U.S. and scholarships for students in Whitesboro, New Jersey (Steadman's hometown).

That's it, O?! Considering the money she's got stashed away, she could restore California's economy!!!

Rounding out the list is Barbra Streisand, who gave $1.7 million to fund The Barbra Streisand Women’s Cardiovascular Research and Education Program in El Lay, Leonardo DiCaprio for donating $1.5 million to community development and The Paris Review literary magazine and Nicolas Cage, who gave $1.1 million to Amnesty International.

Damn! We bet Nic wishes he was a little more stingy these day!

Say it ain't so! Please let this be a vicious lie!

Sources are saying that Leonardo DiCaprio has become smitten with The City star Whitney Port!

Yuck!

The same source is saying that the A-list actor has been attempting to lure her back to El Lay from NYC to be with him, even paying for her flights back and forth between coasts for visits.

We just got rid of her and you want to bring her back?

Insiders on the set of his new movie, Inception, say that "He texts her off the hook" and that she is definitely considering transitioning back West for him.

What could Leo possibly see in this girl? She has no personality, no real claim to fame, and if we maybe frank for just a minute, looks like an elongated dwarf!

In other words Leo, you can do better. Please dispense this waste as soon as possible from your life.

Update: Sources close to DiCaprio tell us that Leo is DEFINITELY not dating (or even sticking it in) Whitney Port.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith must be some proud parents.

Their two kids, 11-year-old Jaden, and 8-year-old daughter Willow have been named youth ambassadors of Hasbro's Project Zambi.

Project Zambi is "a global initiative dedicated to raising awareness of the estimated 15 million African children who have been orphaned by the AIDS epidemic. "

And Willow and Jaden would like to do their part to help out.

The siblings even spoke out about the initiative and how important it is to them. Says Jaden:

"Willow and I joined Project Zambi to represent all the kids out there who want to make the world a better place. We want to encourage kids everywhere to lend a hand and join us in spreading the word about how much children who have been orphaned by AIDS in Africa need our help."

With Willow adding:

"Project Zambi is about kids and for kids, and it's so important that we all learn to take care of each other. Even from the other side of the world, kids in Africa will know they have friends who care about them."

Too cute!

The brother and sister duo have joined other celebs, such as Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Scarlett Johansson, The Jonas Bros, and many others in autographing custom-designed elephant models which will be available via a celebrity charity auction.

We're glad the kids have taken such a role in helping out, but we need to ask, who the hell did the Photoshop for this press photo?

Three nominations and no wins means Leonardo DiCaprio is stepping up his game to snag himself an Oscar.

We're hearing that for his next role, Leonardo DiCrapio is gearing up to get super skinny so he can appear "emaciated" in a pivotal scene. Insiders from the flick, Inception, written by Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan, say that Leo is taking this role very seriously and he will do whatever needs to be done to pull it off.

But don't worry about poor Leo going too extreme. The insider observes: "Leo isn't the kind of guy who can just lose a radical amount of weight… He's following a strict diet and is embarking on a rigorous workout regime… Leo's a pretty determined kind of guy, when he sets his mind to things he always achieves them. Though this is going to be hard for him, you can guarantee he'll succeed."

In a surprising move, this afternoon it was announced that Martin Scorsese's next film, Shutter Island, starring Leonardo DiCarapio, will be pushed back to a February 2010 release from its original October 2009 date.

There are several possible reasons behind the move, but the most likely are the lack of funds to promote the flick with this year's studio budget or Leo's lack of availability to promote internationally.

It's still a pretty big slap in face. Plus, since the trailer premiered in June, there has been a lot of buzz for the flick, which could fizzle if audiences have to wait too long to see it.

Also, moving the film to February takes it out of Oscar contention.

Hope they are making the right decision!

It's been a made-for-TV movie several times, but now the literary classic by Aldous Huxley, Brave New World, is making it to the big screen.

Ridley Scott is slated to be the man behind the lens of this futuristic epic with Leonardo DiCaprio at his side as his producer and possibly his star.

The project is still in the development stages, but sources say that the flick could pick up momentum after Ridley finishes Robin Hood.

Are U interested in seeing the movie?

Or just watching Leo in it?

Since splitting up from girlfriend of two years, Bar Rafaeli, Leonardo DiCaprio has wasted no time in rebounding with leading lady after leading lady.

He's apparently managed to bed Cameron Diaz and can now add D-lister Ashley Roberts of the Pussycat Dolls to his list.

He invited her out to the Whisky Mist in London recently, where he paid attention to only her at a VIP table of several other models.

According to a witness, "They were getting on like a house on fire, drinking bottles of champagne and expensive tequila. They were so close at one point she was almost on his knee."

They then left at the same time although via different exits.

Tricky!
