This dude is NOT playing around!
Pauly D recently learned, along with the rest of us, that his baby momma Amanda Markert has been involved in some disturbing domestic incidents in the past.
And it has spurred Pauly D to try and get his daughter out of there!
The reality star is having his legal team draw up some papers to get FULL custody of his paternal daughter Amabella.
Before that happens – he needs to be able to get any kind of custody. Which he’s trying to do now!
Here’s what a source said:
“He has a court date set and hopes the judge will mandate custody time. Pauly has been trying to set up a second meeting with his daughter, but Amanda’s attorney keeps denying him a visit.”
Pauly D doesn’t want to see his daughter involved in any domestic incidents, and is very “concerned” for his little girl!
A source said:
“Pauly is very concerned for his daughter’s safety and doesn’t want her in a violent environment.”
Aww! We’re so happy that Pauly is acting very mature and selflessly!
The DJ has said in the past that he wants to see his daughter as much as possible.
He said:
“We’re working on the second visitation now. I really want to see Amabella in time for the holidays. I’d love to get her either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I want to see her as much as possible, but it’s a process.”
