The treatment you get when you’re a former Beatles star.
Apparently Paul McCartney arrived late on Friday night, just before the start of the Billy Joel concert.
So what’s a guy to do?
Well, you get the NYPD to escort you from JFK Airport to Shea Stadium in less than 15 minutes!
The distance is approximately 11 miles away.
McCartney’s plane landed shortly after 11:00pm.
He was then met on the tarmac by cops.
And then made it to the stadium by 11:20pm to surprise everyone.
Of course, all the while being escorted by police.
It’s nice to see tax dollars being spent properly.
