While guest hosting WWE Monday Night Raw, the Real Steel star may have accidentally broken a wrestler’s jaw!
With what? A steel chair? A table? Nope! His frickin’ fist!
During a match between wrestlers Zack Ryder and Dolph Ziggler, Jackman delivered a planned punch to Ziggler’s face behind the referee’s back. Although staged, we don’t think he meant to hit the guy as hard as he did.
The injured wrestler tweeted to his fans:
“land in Bikini Bottom 9:30 am, MRI scheduled for 1 pm…..possible fractured jaw #thanksBatman … hairline mandibular fracture. Guess i’ll put my chipotle in a blender for a few weeks, its not ballet #HEEL > heal … getting a special mouth guard tomorrow, so I will NOT miss any WWE live events!!! #HEEL.”
Sources point out this could be the WWE’s attempt to play up a moment for publicity, but watch the match above and you can actually HEAR the fist connect with Dolph Ziggler’s face. Ouchie!
Hugh Jackman’s art really does reflect reality. This guy can kick some ass when he wants to!
