Brigitte Nielsen Explains Why She Was Cruisin' For A Boozin'

The sad face continues…
Brigitte Nielsen attempted to comfort friends and family SHOCKED by this pic of her mid-day meltdown with a vodka bottle in a Beverly Hills park this past weekend.
Sadly, the Celebrity Rehab starlet’s statement was less than reassuring.
She said:

“Looking at [those unfortunate and dramatic pictures] pictures I can understand the level of worrying, but I can assure everyone that there is no cause for alarm.”

We would love to believe her but she was photographed chugging from a bottle of cheap vodka in broad daylight!!!
Drinking from an open alcohol container in plain view in a public park is TOTES illegal and, more importantly, we hate to see her relapse and begin the process of recovery all over again!
Sly Stallone’s ex-wife continued:

“I have been on the road working non-stop for such a long time, fulfilling my professional commitments, shooting shows around the world with all the pressure that comes with it… That combined with major health issues in my familly drove me to the unfortunate circumstances that you can see on the pictures. At that moment in time, I felt like I needed a moment to myself, in a park. The vodka came about as a desperate move to try to release some pressure and is under no circumstances an indication of how I lead my life on a day to day basis.”

Her behavior is tragic at best but we’re glad she’s being upfront about what occurred.
Hopefully now she’s receiving the proper care and attention she requires!
